Proper Assembly of MTS System - RMT
- Use original OEM Electro Freeze RED line transfer hose.
- Never twist the hose – RED line should be visible around pump
- Replace the hose every 30/60 days or sooner based on volume and inspection
- Ensure clamps are hand tightened for proper operation
- Air meter should be clear of mix
- Duckbill should be inserted in mix cane
Proper Assembly of MTS System - CMT
- Use original Electro Freeze BLACK line transfer hose.
- Never twist the hose – BLACK line should be straight
- Replace the hose every 30 days or sooner based on volume and inspection
- Ensure clamps are hand tightened for proper operation
- Air meter should be clear of mix
- Duckbill should be inserted in mix cane
Proper Assembly of MTS System - BIB
- Step 1 - Layout clear hose upon receipt and cut into two equal pieces
- Step 2 - Insert one end of hose onto mix cane. Hand tighten clamp. This end will be placed into the port assembly on your mix transfer system.
- Step 3 - Insert the opposite end of the hose onto the bag adaptor. Hand tighten clamp. Insert duck bill valve into the bag adaptor (please note this is a different db valve than the MTS)
- Step 4 - Place mix cord onto the silver probe end on both the mix cane and bag
