Daily Maintenance – Flavor Chamber
- Remove syrup lines from flavor chamber and place in a cup with warm water to remain until the next day.
- Remove flavor chamber and flush/clean in sink
- Reinstall flavor chamber on to head
- Next morning reinstall syrup lines and prime each syrup flavor for 2-3 seconds prior to serving
Weekly Cleaning – Flavor Chamber
- Remove all syrup lines from flavor chamber
- Unscrew all stainless syrup connections from flavor chamber. Wash thoroughly in sink
- Lubricate and reinsert syrup connections into flavor chamber
- Upon machine cleaning completion, reinsert syrup lines on to flavor chamber
Monthly Cleaning – Flavor Lines
- Remove syrup line tubes from flavor jars located in the mix cabinet
- Wipe off bottom (stainless rod) of line tubes completely
- Mix up sanitizer in a small bucket and place each syrup line tube into sanitizing solution
- Prime each line individually until clear water comes out from head (should take approximately 10-20 seconds per flavor)
- Install syrup line tubes back into flavor jars
- Prime each line individually until flavor comes out of head (should take approximately 10-20 seconds per flavor)
O-ring, Gasket, Hose, and Blade Replacement
- Plunger and Air Bleed O-rings changed every 30 days
- Shaft seal changed every 6 months
- Transfer Hose changed every 30/60 days
- Large head O-rings changed annually
- Door Gasket changed annually
- Duckbills changed every 6 months
- Blades changed every 1-2 seasons
