BE SURE TO DO THE TESTING AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR OPENING DAY
SO ENOUGH TIME IS ALLOWED SHOULD YOU REQUIRE SERVICE
- Your machine should be frost tested before you fill it with product.
- Before you assemble your machine, install the dispense head only. DO NOT put the beaters into the cylinders.
- If your machine is water cooled, make sure the water is on first and then the electric.
- Turn the auto switches for both sides – place in ‘night’ & turn cabinet switch to on; allow the machine to run for 20 minutes.
- Shut off both automatic switches and remove the dispense head. You should find both cylinders frosted. If you don't, then you have a problem and you will need service.
- Now shut the cabinet switch off and check that the cabinet has gotten cold. If it is not cold, you will need service.
- If the cylinders are frosted and the cabinet is cold, your refrigeration is okay.
- Next, assemble the entire machine.
- Take a bucket of warm water and place into cabinet with the mix pick up tubes in the water and turn on the pumps.
- Allow the pumps to run until they shut off. Open dispense plungers on both sides.
- If pressurized water comes out and the pumps turn back on, your pump system is okay. If not you need service.
